This coffee was produced by Beatriz Guimarães at Fazenda Lavrinha in Minas Gerais, Brazil. After harvest, ripe cherries are fermented in an oxygen-restricted environment before being dried as a natural process coffee. This controlled anaerobic fermentation enhances fruit character and sweetness, resulting in a cup that is bright, creamy and well-balanced.

Roasted in the UK on a Loring S15 for clarity, balance, and expressive origin character. Ground and packed under nitrogen flush in a controlled environment to maintain freshness over time.

Each bag contains pre-ground specialty coffee inside a built-in filter that hooks onto your cup.

Prepared in 4 simple steps:
1) Just open the drip coffee bag along the perforated line.
2) Place and secure the drip coffee bag over your mug / server.
3) Slowly fill the bag to the top with hot water. Let it drain completely before repeating twice more.
4) Remove the drip coffee bag. Your coffee is ready.
