This coffee was produced by Shady and Elias Bayter at El Vergel in Tolima, Colombia. After harvest, the coffee is naturally processed before undergoing a gentle sugarcane ethyl acetate (E.A.) decaffeination. Fresh coffee is steamed and washed with naturally derived ethyl acetate from fermented sugarcane, removing more than 99.9% of its caffeine while preserving sweetness, aroma and flavour complexity.
Roasted in the UK on a Loring S15 for clarity, balance, and expressive origin character. Ground and packed under nitrogen flush in a controlled environment to maintain freshness over time.
Each bag contains pre-ground specialty coffee inside a built-in filter that hooks onto your cup.
Prepared in 4 simple steps:
1) Just open the drip coffee bag along the perforated line.
2) Place and secure the drip coffee bag over your mug / server.
3) Slowly fill the bag to the top with hot water. Let it drain completely before repeating twice more.
4) Remove the drip coffee bag. Your coffee is ready.
