This coffee was produced by Jairo Arcila at Finca Santa Monica in Armenia, Quindío, Colombia. Chiroso is a rare Arabica variety celebrated for its pronounced florality, delicate herbal character and silky body. Through natural processing and slow cherry maturation in Quindío's high-altitude climate, the coffee develops remarkable sweetness and complexity, resulting in a curious and elegant cup profile.
Roasted in the UK on a Loring S15 for clarity, balance, and expressive origin character. Ground and packed under nitrogen flush in a controlled environment to maintain freshness over time.a soft, rounded finish.
Each bag contains pre-ground specialty coffee inside a built-in filter that hooks onto your cup.
Prepared in 4 simple steps:
1) Just open the drip coffee bag along the perforated line.
2) Place and secure the drip coffee bag over your mug / server.
3) Slowly fill the bag to the top with hot water. Let it drain completely before repeating twice more.
4) Remove the drip coffee bag. Your coffee is ready.
